Terms of Use

1. What Studio is

Studio (kadrasys.dev) is an online service for photographers: videos from photos, client and booking management (CRM), an AI secretary, a work schedule, and Google Calendar connection.

The service is provided by Arkadiy Sheferman, self-employed ("we"). By using Studio you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Account

Registration is by invite code. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions in your account. If you believe someone else has accessed it, write to support@kadrasys.dev.

3. Your content

Photos, texts, client data and other materials remain yours. You allow us to store and process them, including sharing them with the providers listed in the Privacy Policy, only to make the service work for you.

You upload only content you have rights to, and enter client data only if you have a basis to process it (for example, the client's consent).

4. Artificial intelligence

Videos, texts, secretary answers and fact processing are produced by AI models and may contain errors. Check the result before publishing it or showing it to clients.

The secretary does not save anything permanently without your confirmation ("All correct"); you can edit or delete confirmed data at any time.

5. Google Calendar

Connecting is optional and can be turned off at any time with the "Disconnect" button. How Studio handles Google data is described in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.

6. What you must not do

• break the law or other people's rights, including uploading others' content without permission;
• try to access other users' data or disrupt the service;
• use the service for spam or fraud.

7. Service operation

We try to keep Studio running without interruptions, but the service is provided "as is": outages, maintenance breaks and feature changes are possible. Provider services (AI, storage, Google) may be temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits related to the use of the service.

8. Termination

You can stop using Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (support@kadrasys.dev).

We may restrict access to an account used in violation of these terms.

9. Changes to the terms

If the terms change, the new version will be published on this page with a new date. By continuing to use the service, you agree to the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
